<p>With the soham meditation, train your attention to progressively follow the breath, then the mantra soham. Soham means « I am that I am ». It is a very powerful mantra, which reminds us to come back to the dimension of our being instead of the dimensions of doing and becoming.</p>
<p>Beginners in the art of meditation can start with the soham meditation, then follow with more advanced non dual meditations such as the « I am consciousness » meditation offered by Kamala.</p>
