<p>This includes warm-up exercises, breathing or pranayama exercises, cycles of sun salutations and a few basic postures or asanas.</p>
<p>When practiced on a regular basis, one can experience better body alignment and flexibility, and a sense of openness. Breathing or pranayama exercises enhances the flow of prana or vital energy in the system.</p>
