Presence Awareness
Yoga and Meditation in Non Duality
“We are not in the world, the world is in the Self”
Yoga and Meditation in Non Duality is based on the teachings of Advaïta Vedanta (non duality and the end of knowledge) and the Direct Path as transmitted by masters such as Ramana Maharishi, Sri Atmananda Krishna Menon, Nisargadatta Maharaj and more recently Jean Klein, Eckart Tolle or Francis Lucille. It is about maturing to the understanding that what we are and reality are one and the same substance, meaning presence-consciousness. Read on to learn more.
Kamala offers this approach as an art of sensitivity, to explore our listening space in the depth of the present moment, and to allow the actual sensitive experience to reveal to us that our limits are in fact mere illusions, and that what we are essentially is already free, infinite and the source of peace, joy and creativity itself.
We are what we are looking for.
This approach also includes breathing exercises and postures to help release all tensions in the body, open up our sensitive space and let the prana (vital energy) flow.
A workshop allows for an unconditional space of welcoming all tensions and mental limitations so that relaxation and deep peace can take place progressively, naturally without effort. This welcoming space is restful, with no action required.
Life with its depth, peace and beauty is unveiled. We feel one with what is, living life with marvel.
Each session will include the following but will always be unique and evolutionary:
- Slow movements in a space of transparency
- Postures (Asanas)
- Pranayama (breathing exercises)
- Ultra deep meditation
- Contemplation
