This video is a complete Hatha Yoga class for intermediate level practitioners. It is the next level after the beginner’s level.
It includes: warm-ups, breathing or pranayama exercises, sun salutations and more difficult postures or asanas. Above all, the meditation aspect of Yoga is made more obvious and one is invited to feel one’s presence and silence while in the movement or in a posture.
This video is a full Hatha Yoga class for beginners to start gently their practice.
This includes warm-up exercises, breathing or pranayama exercises, cycles of sun salutations and a few basic postures or asanas.
When practiced on a regular basis, one can experience better body alignment and flexibility, and a sense of openness. Breathing or pranayama exercises enhances the flow of prana or vital energy in the system.
This class has a duration of about 1 hour. In our selection of online courses, the same course is offered with a shorter version of about 30 minutes for when you have less time for your practice. Please go to section Online Courses.
This video is a shorter version of the Hatha Yoga beginner’s level class. You can use it when you don’t have much time for your practice. It is well balanced and constitutes a good 30 minute practice.
It includes:
- Warm-ups
- Sun salutations
- Basic postures (asanas)
When practiced on a regular basis, the body acquires flexibility, openness and tonicity.
