This video is a complete Hatha Yoga class for intermediate level practitioners. It is the next level after the beginner’s level class.

It allows one to go into more intense practice in terms of breathing or pranayama exercises, and postures or asanas. Above all, the meditation aspect of Yoga is made more obvious as an essential part of the practice.
